Terry Richardson and his digital camera’s.
I am a big fan of Terry Richardson and was having a hard time finding out about what cameras he uses nowadays. I know he was well known for using more point and shoot type cameras in the past and found info on him using an old Yashica T4 (Kyocera T5) 35mm point and shoot.
Following his tumblr blog lately, He has been posting a lot of time/date stamped pics that were dated the same day he posted them, which got me wondering about if he was finally jumping on the digital point and shoot bandwagon or if he was just extremely quick at getting film processed. Since I have been wanting to lighten my load of carrying around a big dslr all the time, I did a google search about any info on what digital cameras he was using and came up with out much help except for someone pointing out that most of the pics he posts still have the exif data which shows the camera model used to take the picture. I found an exif plugin for firefox and away I went checkin the pics on his tumblr site. Suprising to find, I found at least 10 different camera models he uses or has used. The time/date stamped photos that he has been posting a lot of are from the well respected Ricoh GR Digital III 10 MP Digital Camera
